Narva’s Gamma Micro HID work lamp, the junior version of the successful Gamma Xenon HID work lamp, is a pocket powerhouse.
Acknowledged as the smallest H.I.D. Xenon work lamp on the market, it still manages to incorporate all the performance benefits of the larger Gamma H.I.D model in its miniature size.
The Gamma Micro, now available in New Zealand, features the latest DIS Gas Discharge technology to shrink down its outside dimensions and even incorporates internally mounted ballast.
A robust, extruded aluminium housing, provides strength without weight and this also acts as an extra filter against electro magnetic waves.
With dimensions of just 104mm square by 128mm deep, Gamma Micro is the most powerful lamp of its size available today.
Designed and manufactured in Sweden, the lamp uses the latest in HID technology with a reflector designed specifically for use with HID lighting. The concluding result is a performance that belies its compact size.
"It is the combination of its small size, robust construction, light weight and powerful light output that makes the Gamma Micro so innovative," says NARVA New Zealand’s Don Tennet.
"The lamps are available in both 12 and 24 volt, and their combination of compact size and performance has already been recognised and embraced by a wide range of industries in Australia such as mining, agriculture, forestry, ports and 4WD enthusiasts. We think they will do equally well in our market."
The Gamma Micro is available with three different lens optics covering spot, medium and wide flood beams.
Its versatile mounting bracket and robust housing enables it to be fitted in virtually any position on a vehicle or piece of machinery, making mounting and protection in restricted positions a dream.
As with the larger Gamma lamps, lens can be easily changed in the field when different beam patterns are required to suit differing working conditions, completing the versatility of the lamp. l
